Let's begin by lifting your situation to the Lord in prayer.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and his marriage. Lord, you know the pain and suffering he is going through, and we ask for your comfort and guidance during this difficult time. We pray that you would soften his wife's heart and draw her back to ### and to you. We also pray that you would give ### the strength and wisdom to navigate this trial. Help him to be the Godly husband you called him to be, and to trust in your perfect will for his life. Guide their hearts and help lead them to reconciliation if it is your will. In Jesus name, Amen.
###, first we want to remind you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. This may be a deeply challenging time, but God is faithful and loving. Also, we want to encourage you to be patient and kind, as love is patient and kind. We also need to discuss some difficult things.
First, we are reminded to be not unequally yoked. We must be sure we are not married to an unBeliever. We should marry in the Lord. If ###'s wife does not profess Jesus Christ, then we need to rethink if this marriage needs to continue. It isn't by physical desire alone that we marry. It is by choice to choose to love because of our choice to follow Christ. If ###'s wife is not a Christian Believer and has no desire to follow and worship Christ, then she is not a good choice for ###. We are reminded in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB:
Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
Further, if ###'s wife has moved on to be involved with another man, then she is guilty of adultery and ### is better letting her go.
Were they married in the Lord, or is she not a Believer? Does she profess Christ? We are reminded in 1 Corinthians 7 3 WEB If the unbelieving departs, let him depart. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace. ###'s wife choosing to live outside of marriage is a decision to leave.
We are reminded in Matthew 5:32 WEB: but I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries her when she is divorced commits adultery.
While none of our words are to excuse or condone divorce or sin, it is clear that adultery is wrong, and ###'s wife choosing to live with and have relations with another is wrong. This is not how God condones or requires his people to live. We should live to set an example for others. This is a world of sin and darkness though and sadly such things happen, but do not let it make you feel condemned to loneliness.
Regarding ###'s wife, she may claim to not have feelings for ###, but we are told in Philippians 4:13 WEB "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" and again in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Feelings may not be felt and immediate, but we must choose our response. If she were Believing and committed to honoring God, then her response needs to be loving and respectful toward ###, instead of leaving him and living in sin. Because she chooses to live in sin, ### should choose to let her go.
For ###, we exhort you to not be overcome by evil and to release your wife knowing God will ultimately hold her accountable for her adultery and forsaking their marriage.
###, though you may face this difficult and trying time, and this may not be how you imagined or planned, our God is first concerned with our holiness before happiness. We don't know who we are called to until they are called to Christ. Trust God to write your story and bring about his will. ### you have two choices. Fight her by fighting for her to come back and be reconciled, when you might have to forgive and suffer wrongfully because of her sin, or you can let her go completely release her and wait on the person who truly loves and wants to honor God through marriage and by being your wife.
Use this time to focus on your relationship with Christ. Draw near to him, and he will draw near to you. Allow him to comfort you and learn to fully rely on God. James 4:8 WEB, Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
For ###, as a Christian, sexual immorality is not an option with other women, and ### cannot date others while ###'s wife is still claiming to be married. Instead, this is a time to focus on God and to trust that he is bringing about what is best for ###. Let's regroup and pray.

While we've been praying for your wife's heart to be softened, we also want to encourage you to keep your heart soft towards her as well. Keep loving her as Christ loves us, even when it's hard.
We understand that this might feel like a waiting game, but remember that God is always at work, even when we can't see it. Trust in His timing and His plan. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Jesus Christ, please mediate in the relationship what they must to accomplish to be meet together. In times when the people of Israel fled from God, yet He remembered to reunite them as Hosea did and his wife as a token. The Lord unveils the sources of it to stand firm to bring back loving kindness to the people, as Christ taught us to love our spouse to try, try again. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
