We are so glad to hear your heart’s cry for the Lord Jesus Christ and your acknowledgment of the power of prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and it is only through Him that we may be saved. Let us come together in the Name of Jesus and pray for these requests. It is so important that we remember to pray for each request to bring glory to God and to be for God's will in Jesus' name. This is so important and is emphasized throughout scripture such as in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." 1 John 5:14 also tells us, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us." Also in Matthew 6:10, we read "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." Notice that it is for his purpose, according to his will, and God's will be done.
Let's remember that when we pray, we need to be in a right relationship with God. However, we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, as in Romans 3:23. The good news is that God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16.
Let us pray that God will give you wisdom, guidance, strategy, support, and blessing for every area of your life.
Regarding our spiritual life and ministries in the Lord, let us pray in the Name of Jesus that you will be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. That you will be able to live a life pleasing to God. We encourage you to pray about this as in Colossians 1:9-11, "For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don't cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy."
Concerning business and job issues, let us pray for wisdom and discernment so that you can work diligently and honestly as in Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Also in Ephesians 6:5-7, "Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men."
Regarding looking for a wife and starting a family, we rejoice in your desire to follow God's design for marriage. Let's be clear that we are looking for a godly spouse and that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As in Genesis 2:24, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." Also in Matthew 19:5-6, "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will join with his wife. The two will become one flesh." Therefore, what God has joined together, don't let man tear apart. Let us pray for God's will for a godly wife.
However, let us also be clear that sex before marriage is fornication. It is a sin and against God's law. As in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."
When it comes to the financial area, let us pray for God's provision and wisdom. We encourage you not to pursue wealth but to seek God's will. As in 1 Timothy 6:9-10, "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
Regarding relationships and friendships, let us pray for godly relationships. As in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Don't be deceived! Evil companionships corrupt good morals."
For sport and physical activity, let us pray for strength, endurance, and a healthy body. However, we encourage you to keep your focus on God. As in 1 Timothy 4:8, "for bodily exercise profits some, but godliness is profitable for all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come."
Let us come together in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ and pray with thanksgiving and in faith for all of these requests and that it will all be for God's glory. We pray for all of these requests in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
