We are glad to see the request and joining together we bring this before the Lord. Let us first remember that there is no other name by which we can be saved and no other way to the Father except by Jesus Christ. Let us rejoice in the fact we can come together and present this prayer request in his Holy Name. The Scripture heaps many promises upon those who seek the Lord and his wisdom. 18 Through your precepts, I get understanding; therefore, I hate every evil way. 19 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Psalm 119:18,19
God is our firm foundation. He it is that builds our character upon the solid rock the Christ in us. Urging us to be holy and sanctified. Rest in the Lord, we know he will provide wisdom to you. The Bible reassures us that whenever we lack wisdom, we can ask God, and He will give it to us generously. As James 1:5 tells us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
Exercise patience and hope, wait upon God to bring a Godly wife when the time is right. Remind yourself that a marriage should only occur between a man and a woman willing to serve the Lord together. Meanwhile, be alert for someone the Lord would present to you in a special way. Do not rush into a decision based on what you think is right if it is outside the word. God will provide.
This is our prayer for ###, that in every area the wisdom, guidance, strategy, support, and blessing are provided by our Heavenly Father.
Father we offer this prayer so that without pause we and ### give thanks to you because you have made us content whatever our circumstances are. Enable us to be free from the love of money, content with what we have even if that means having little. Hebrews 13:5 for the scripture says Keep your way of life free from the love of money, and be content with what you have. For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.
Teach us today in preparation that today, tomorrow and the days following we can rest because Jesus gave his life so that all those believing in Him shall not perish, being lost, but have eternal life, taking us past this life and directly to the father in heaven. Giving all the Glory to God the Father, in the Holy Name of our Lord which every knee will bow to, Jesus Christ.
