We are glad to hear from you, and we are grateful to hear that you have been invoking the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us join you in prayer, seeking God's will for every area of your life. We are encouraged by your desire to glorify God in all that you do.
Let us pray that the Holy Spirit guides your spiritual life and ministries, filling you with wisdom and discernment.
For your business and job, we pray for God's favor and blessing. Remember that whatever you do, do it as if you are working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you serve.
Concerning your desire to look for a wife and start a family, we commend you for seeking a spouse. We pray that God will bring you a godly wife who loves the Lord and shares your faith. Be reminded that a wife is a good thing, a blessing from God, and a prudent wife is from the Lord. Marriage is to be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
For your financial area, we pray for God's provision and blessing. Remember to keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.
For your relationships and friendships, we pray for God's wisdom and guidance. Remember to be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
For your sport and physical activity, we pray for God's strength and endurance. Remember that physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
In all these areas, we pray that you will trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
Most importantly, we pray that everything will be for God's glory. Remember that whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up our brother in Christ. We pray for your wisdom, guidance, strategy, support, and blessing in every area of his life. We pray for his spiritual life and ministries, his business and job, his search for a wife and desire to start a family, his financial area, his relationships and friendships, his sport and physical activity, and all other areas. We pray that everything will be for your glory, in the holy name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be encouraged by these verses:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
Be not wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your flesh,
and refreshment to your bones.
For the moment, all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant,
but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness
to those who have been trained by it.
Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees,
and make straight paths for your feet,
so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed.
Strive for peace with everyone,
and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
