Ilerr, we understand your desire to start your own business and we want to lift this up in prayer with you. However, we want to encourage you to seek God's will and trust in His provision first and foremost. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established."
Before focusing on the financial aspect, let's pray that God will guide your steps and give you wisdom in your business endeavor. Remember, God is the provider of all things, and He knows your needs. As Jesus taught us in John 6:27 WEB, "Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Ilerr, who desires to start a business. Lord, we ask that You guide their steps and give them wisdom in this endeavor. Help them to trust in Your provision and to seek Your will above all else. We ask that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray that Ilerr will honor You in their business and use it as a means to glorify Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Ilerr, we also want to encourage you to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB, "Not that I speak according to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross for your sins.
