Shabnin, we understand your feeling of spiritual emptiness and we appreciate your sincere request to God. First, let's address the most important aspect: it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
First, let us address your plea for life from God. You've taken the first step by acknowledging your spiritual state and turning to God for a solution. It is only through Jesus Christ we are saved and this is explained when Paul says in Romans 10:9 WEB, "because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
The promise is clear that those who believe in Christ have eternal life. Jesus says in John 5:24 WEB, "Most assuredly, I tell you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life."
Moreover, the Bible tells us that God deeply desires for us to be saved and have eternal life with Him. Peter says in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Regarding your feelings of spiritual emptiness, God also promises us that if we seek Him we will find Him. In Jeremiah 29:13 WEB, He says, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Shabnin to you, thanking you for drawing her to yourself. Lord, Shabnin has taken the first step by acknowledging her spiritual state and turning to you for a solution. We pray that you will reveal yourself to her in a powerful and personal way, filling her with your Holy Spirit and giving her the life that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
Father, we ask that you guide Shabnin into a deeper understanding of your word and your will for her life. Help her to turn away from anything that does not align with your purposes. Surround her with fellow believers who will encourage and support her in her new walk with you.
In Jesus' name, we pray for Shabnin to surrender her life to you and that you save her for all eternity. May her life shine brightly for your kingdom from this point forward.
Amen.
Shabnin, we encourage you to find a bible believing Christian Church and speak with the leadership about baptism and discipleship to assist you on your journey. And it is good to know that in this act of believing in Jesus Christ and submitting yourself to His Lordship, you can experience a resurrection from the spiritually dead just as He did physically. There is no more condemnation for you but know that as He lives, you can also live a life pleasing to God in all ways.
