We are truly sorry to hear that you're going through a difficult time, but we are glad you've reached out for support. It's important to remember that you are not alone in your struggles. The Bible tells us to "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" Galatians 6:2 WEB.
Firstly, we want to emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. If you have not already, consider your relationship with Jesus and put your faith in Him, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" Romans 10:13. If you have not called on Jesus Christ then make this a priority, for salvation is the first and most important step.
In times of trouble, God encourages us to seek wisdom and support from others. "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety" Proverbs 11:14 WEB. We urge you to share your burdens with trusted friends, family members, or a professional counselor. It's also crucial to take your burdens to God in prayer. As it is written, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your comfort and guidance during this difficult time. We pray that You will surround them with Your love and provide them with wise counselors who can support and encourage them. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Give them the strength and courage to face their trials, and grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for their faith that they will not only believe in Jesus Christ but call on Him as the only way of salvation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Please know that we are here for you, and we would be honored to support you in any way we can. If you feel comfortable doing so, please share more about what you're experiencing so that we can provide more targeted prayer and advice as a group.
