I need help to go to sleep ...

I need help to go to sleep right now. The bed is very uncomfortable and there is a lot of noise. I feel anxious and I have tinea itchiness in my toes and a bad toothache and gum infection. Everytime I eat it hurts. I also have really bad lower back injury and the mattress is really hard. It’s 5am and j haven’t slept at all. I repent for all my sins causing this. Thankyou
