Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Your child who is feeling targeted by negative wishes and harmful words. In the midst of these trials, we ask for Your encompassing protection and divine intervention. "No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,β declares the Lord. - Isaiah 54:17. Lord, let this promise stand as a shield around them, guarding their heart and spirit from fear and harm.
We pray against any form of evil intent, be it through words spoken, thoughts conveyed, or actions intended to harm. "But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one." - 2 Thessalonians 3:3. May Your faithfulness be their fortress, where fear has no hold, and the lies of the enemy are silenced.
In moments when they feel overwhelmed, remind them, "The Lord is my light and my salvationβwhom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my lifeβof whom shall I be afraid?" - Psalm 27:1. Illuminate their path with Your light, dispelling the darkness that seeks to encroach upon them.
For the times they feel voiceless, remind them of Your promise, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." - Isaiah 41:10. Grant them the courage to speak truth, to stand firm in their faith, and to see through the deceit.
And when they feel life's breath is stifled by the weight of these curses, breathe into them Your life-giving spirit. "The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life." - Job 33:4. May they feel Your breath revive their spirit, renew their strength, and refresh their hope.
We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." - John 16:33. In the assurance of Your victory, may they find rest.
In the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
