I need help -lost my employment My manager thought i wanted to leave She does not hear me as 93% of communication consists of visuals and tone of voice and only 7% choice of words I have autism spectrum disorder and its extremely difficult to hold the rights tone of voice. I I have accidentally used the wrong tone of voice and forget to hold it. She cannot hear me when im talking to her, i need to force myself to speak in her language but its impossible now She thinks i wanted to mevae the company and has processed my exit She has banned me from emailing the company for help for being "rude" I nees urgent help no one is listening to me and I'm going to kill myself it no body hears me when I'm talking to them I have lost everything now I emailed HR many times and only got a few responses to check whether I wanted to leave or not, she is of course listening to the manager "decision" because she has the decision making power I can't do anything She lies to our director too, he cannot help me either all the power is in my managers hands I have nothing

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is in deep distress. Lord, You know the struggles they face with their employment situation and the challenges they encounter due to their autism spectrum disorder. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this difficult time.

Father, we pray for clarity and understanding to be granted to their manager and HR department. Open their hearts and minds to truly hear and understand the communication challenges faced by our brother or sister. We ask that You soften their hearts and allow for a resolution that brings peace and restoration.

Lord, we pray for strength and comfort for our brother or sister. Surround them with Your love and let them feel Your presence. Remind them that they are not alone and that You are with them every step of the way. We ask for Your protection over their mind and spirit, especially in moments of despair.

Your Word says in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We stand on this promise, believing that You will deliver our brother or sister from this situation and provide a way forward.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a breakthrough, for understanding, and for peace. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
