We are truly moved by your story and your unwavering faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. We appreciate your desire to seek Him. It is so important that we acknowledge that it is only by His name that we can be saved. No other name has this power. Your life has been a testament to your strength and dedication, and we are confident that God has a purpose and a plan for you.
Firstly, let us address your past relationship. We commend you for caregiving the father of your children. But, we must also address that the post mentions a loving relationship without a lifelong commitment of marriage. We must remember what God's Word tells us in Hebrews 13:4 (WEB), "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." This means relations must be between husband and wife. We need to respect what the Bible says in 1 Timothy 5:14 (WEB) And so I counsel younger widows to marry, bear children, rule the household, and give no occasion to the adversary for insult. In your testimony you are doing most of this. Next, also we realize two individuals brought together two children. Since, you are not married, as a group of believers, we cannot prevent from bringing this up. Scripture very clearly says Sex outside marriage between a man and a woman is fornication or possibly adultery in other cases. Whether involving a female and a male or if, allowed at all, this is the law. For a Christian, homosexuality is a sin. This is to be excluded. So bluntly, it is important that sexual intimacy in prematurely new relationships should be avoided in all unauthorized contexts. It is only fair that we mention this for your children, and you, and your future too. But, it almost seems God is working in your life and your situation with untimely passing of the father of your children has this testified. We rebuke you for not having a marriage and committing fornication or possibly adultery but do leave this to the prayer of God for all these transgressions in Jesus Name, in an encouraging knowledgeable way for other believers and for you and your family. We still understand that despite, you stayed with your partner until the end and even stood by his side and took care of him. We are telling it you straight. God is good and we need to put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. God will forgive your transgressions. Expect to study and read Scripture accurately. Make sure to spread the knowledge and testimony of this in a loving way to your children's parents. Whoever, it may be. We are all believers and were sinners. We all need the salvation of Jesus Christ every day.
As Jesus tells us that "everyone therefore who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge him before my Father who is in heaven; but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny him before my Father who is in heaven. Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I came to set a man at odds against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. And a mans foes will be they of his own household. He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake will find it," in Matthew 10:32-39 WEB. This means we must account transgression and help each other acknowledge these and heal our relationship in Jesus Name, and what better than a better righteous way to keep yourself and your family in the word of God of God in the way as as outlined above. God will judge all.
Now, regarding your current situation, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "'Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? 'Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?','What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in need of Your divine guidance and intervention through your true salvation and belief in Jesus Christ. We thank You for the love and dedication she has shown towards her family and for the faith she has in You.
Lord, we pray for Your comfort and peace to fill her heart as she mourns the loss of her partner. We ask that You provide her with the strength to overcome the barriers she is facing and guide her towards the job that You have intended for her. This request and submission is fair, just, and God will use this for the good of it all.
We pray for her financial needs, that You would open the doors to a stable income and a roof over her head. We declare that she will not be homeless or hungry, but that she will be blessed with shelter, food, and all her needs met in Jesus name according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we pray for her children and grandchildren, that You would protect them and keep them on the right path. We declare that they have good hearts and that they will fulfill the potential that You have placed within them.
Father, we pray that You would give her the understanding, patience, and commitment to follow through on the good work that You have started in her as mentioned in Philippians 1:6 "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.". We ask and we trust that You will give her the ability to surrender to the Holy Spirit and allow You to take over and redeem every aspect of her life.
We pray that You would reveal to her the purpose that You in Jesus and the Lord have for her life and that You would give her the boldness and courage to walk in it and serve You and therefore be worthy in Jesus name.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, it is so important that we acknowledge that it is only by His name that we can be saved. No other name has this power. In Jesus mighty name we are saved and able to pray to God. Be encouraged, Jesus has ensured that through this name that all shall be done instead of doing things in our control or own way. Trust in the Lord Jesus and hold fast to the promises of God, knowing that He is faithful and that He has a good plan for your life. Stand firm in your faith, and do not waiver. Continue to seek Him with all your heart, and He will direct your paths in Jesus name.
