I need God’s help, my son is falling deeper and deeper down in the pit. I don’t know what to do. I know only God can help and heal him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s son who is falling deeper into the pit of despair. Lord, we acknowledge that only You can heal and restore him. Your Word says in Psalm 40:2, "He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand." We ask that You reach down and lift him out of this darkness, setting his feet on solid ground.

Father, we pray for Your divine intervention in his life. Break the chains that bind him and free him from the grip of the enemy. As it is written in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." We claim this freedom for ###'s son in Jesus' name.

Lord, let Your Holy Spirit speak to his heart, bringing him peace and the knowledge of Your love. Surround him with Your presence and guide him back to the path of righteousness. We trust in Your power and grace, believing that You can do all things.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

I can understand your concern for your son, friend. I just said a prayer for him. May the Lord work in the circumstances you shared, give your son the deliverance he needs and draw him closer to Himself in the coming days. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth." (Psalm 145: 18).
