Stephanie, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer and offering biblical encouragement during this challenging time. First, we want to assure you that God cares about your anxieties and wants you to cast all your worries upon Him, because He cares for you Peter 5:7. It is wonderful that we can come to God the father anytime, we don't need an appointment and he wants to hear from us. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
In the midst of your financial struggles, remember that God is your provider and will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Trust in Him, and he will give you peace and direct your paths. Continue to be a good steward of your finances.
Regarding your son, we will pray fervently for his well-being and for God to work in his life, even in this difficult situation. Remember that God is faithful and works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28.
While you may pray to God for strength to go on we also need to acknowledge Jesus in this journey. We need to believe that he is God's son, repent of our sins, and believe on his name. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me John 14:6. Nor is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved Acts 4:12.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Stephanie to You, asking that You fill her with Your peace and strength. We pray that You would take away all anxiety, and give her rest. We ask for your guidance and provision concerning her financial situation. Help Stephanie to be a faithful steward of her resources. We pray and trust you to uphold her son in his current circumstances, and that You would work in his life for his good, in Jesus' name. Help him to seek God and draw close to him.
We pray for Stephanie's salvation if she is not already saved. If she is saved, then we pray that she remember that Jesus is God's son and the saviour that paid the penalty for all her sins. We pray that she knows she can confidently go to Him in prayer.
We rebuke any spirit of depression that may be burdening Stephanie. We pray for the Holy Spirit comforts and strengthens her. We ask this prayer humbly in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
Stephanie, continue to trust in God and keep your eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of your faith. Seek God and His truths from the Bible for you and your son. Stay in prayer, and may God's peace be with you.
