I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and approval to start a ministry. Lord, we acknowledge that ministry is a calling from you, and we ask for your divine wisdom and discernment in this decision.
Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We pray that you would grant ### the clarity and assurance of your will for their life and ministry. Open doors of opportunity and provide divine connections and resources to fulfill this calling.
Father, we ask that you equip ### with the necessary spiritual gifts, anointing, and knowledge of your Word to effectively minister to others. Help them to be a faithful minister, speaking forth the mysteries of Christ and demonstrating your love to those they serve.
Lord, we also pray for protection from the enemy's schemes and distractions. Keep ### from evil and guard their heart and mind against any form of temptation or discouragement. May they always walk in righteousness and be a shining example of your grace and truth.
Finally, we pray for your presence to be with ### every step of the way. Just as Moses pleaded, "If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence," we ask that you go before them and be their constant companion in this ministry journey.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to guide and provide. May ###'s ministry be a vessel of your love and transformation, bringing glory to your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.
God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
