Lytabon, we understand your desire for friendship and fellowship. While it's true that Jesus is always with us and is our greatest friend, as he says in John 15:15 WEB, "No longer do I call you servants, for the servant doesn't know what his lord does. But I have called you friends, for everything that I heard from my Father, I have made known to you." It's also important to have human companionship and community, as Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."
We encourage you to seek out godly friendships, perhaps by joining a local church or Bible study group. While we don't have a specific friend group on this site, we are here to support and pray for you. Remember, as Proverbs 18:24 WEB says, "A man of many companions may be ruined, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
Let's pray together:
Dear Jesus,
Thank You for being Lytabon's friend. We ask that You bring godly friends into their life, people who will encourage them in their faith and walk with You. Help them to find a community of believers where they can grow and serve. In Your holy name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to always include the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it's through Him that we have access to God. As Jesus says in John 14:6 WEB, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
