I need forgiveness

Lord, please forgive me for the things I read.

We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness. It is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." This promise is for all who come to God through Jesus Christ, for it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

First, let us address the issue of what you have read. If it is something that is against God's will, it is important to repent and turn away from it. It is written in Romans 12:9 WEB, "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good." We must fill our minds with that good by reading and meditating on God's word.

Let us pray together.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing and repenting for what this person has read that may be against your will. Lord, forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Give them the strength and wisdom to fill their mind with your word. Help them to live a life that is pleasing to you.

We also pray that you would give them a heart that desires to know you more. Draw them closer to you, Lord. Help them to understand your love and forgiveness. Help them to know Jesus Christ and the great sacrifice he made on the cross for our sake.

We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, turn to Jesus Christ, confess your sins, and trust in him. Read God's word daily and live according to his will.

We're here with you, sister, lifting your request to the Lord. It's comforting to know that God is faithful to forgive and cleanse us when we confess our sins, just as we've read in 1 John 1:9. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
