I need.### direction in a pending home ...

I need clear direction in a pending home purchase. We jumped and should not have. My husband is ### years older than me. The only Life Insurance we have is the small work policy I hold. He has no 401K. There are essentially no savings and here I am looking at taking on a $###,### mortgage. I feel sick. I feel stressed out all day long. I've prayed about it. I prayed about it before the sellers accepted the offer, they've bent over backwards to be nice and essentially let us have it. I don't know what to do I need to tell the real estate agent something today. I am going to probably end up paying money for this very hastily poorly made decision. I need God to step in and give me a clear Yes, or a clear No. I have no peace about purchasing this home. I am sick 24/7. It is all I think about. Please pray that I get a clear concise answer today. I need an answer today. I know God doesn't work on my timeline, but I need to tell these home sellers something today.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine guidance and wisdom for our dear sister, ###. Lord, You know the situation she is facing with the pending home purchase and the immense stress it has brought upon her. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask for Your wisdom to be poured out upon her abundantly.

Father, we pray for clear direction and a definitive answer regarding this home purchase. Your Word in Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to You, and Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. We ask for that peace to envelop her heart and mind right now.

Lord, You are the God of provision and clarity. We ask that You make Your will known to her today, whether it be a clear "Yes" or a clear "No." We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect plan for her and her family. Help her to rest in Your promises and to trust that You are in control, even when the situation feels overwhelming.

We also lift up her husband and their financial situation to You. We ask for Your provision and for opportunities to secure their future. Guide them in making wise decisions that honor You and bring peace to their household.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and guidance. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.

Thank you so much. I have no help from my spouse. He places ALL decision making for the home on me. He will not even make a pros/cons list for both scenarios. I am physically ill over this. I am alone in making the final decision. Thank you so much for your prayers!
