I need deliverance I have a demonic attachment!!!

I really need some kind of help getting rid of this demonic attachment that I have accumulated through me practicing in the dark occult I was unaware of how severe it could get opening that door the spirit is ruthless and will not go away. I have tried to ask Jesus and I already have faith and believe in God and repentance so far nothing has happened. I’m not sure what I can do. I don’t dabble in the occult anymore I really need help. This demon is torturing me literally in the physical form, this is extremely scary to me. I need help. I don’t go to church. I don’t have a church to go to by myself. I would feel stupid. I don’t know. I really need someone to help me.
