Vealtuerira, we understand that you're facing financial challenges in your real estate business, and we're here to pray and offer biblical guidance with you. We must always recognize the need to pray in Jesus name.
Firstly, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Vealtuerira and their real estate business. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing with clients not paying as scheduled and the accumulation of debts. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would move in the hearts of the clients to fulfill their obligations promptly.
Lord Jesus, please give Vealtuerira wisdom and discernment in managing their business. Help them to trust in You, for You are the provider of all good things. May they find comfort and peace in Your promises, and may their faith be strengthened through this trial.
We rebuke any spirit of debt, lack, or financial bondage in Jesus' name. We declare that Vealtuerira will experience financial breakthrough, that they will be the head and not the tail, above and not beneath.
We remember your word says in 2 Chronicles 16:9 WEB that "the eyes of Yahweh run back and forth throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him." Lord, we pray that Vealtuerira's heart will be perfect and intentional toward you and your will for them.
We also remember your word says in Psalm 37:21 WEB that "The wicked borrow, and don't pay back, but the righteous give generously." Lord, we pray that Vealtuerira will be able to give generously like the righteous.
We also remember your word says in Apostle Paul's letter to the Philippians 4:19 WEB "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we pray that you supply every need both financially and spiritually for Vealtuerira in Jesus name.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We would be remiss if we did not mention the importance of tithing. Tithing is the returning of part of what God has provided to believers for the use of the church. Biblical tithing is returning 10% of what we earn to the local church. Tithing is an important part of the Christian life and should be considered.
In Malachi 3:10 WEB "Bring the whole tithe into the store-house, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for."
In addition to prayer, we advise you to follow biblical principles in managing your business. Remember that God has called us to be good stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us. Here are a few verses to keep in mind:
"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." Romans 13:8 WEB
"For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45 WEB
"Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need." Ephesians 4:28 WEB
Lastly, we encourage you to seek God's will for your business. Remember that God is more concerned with your holiness than your success. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Always remember that the desires of your heart should be second to the will of God. God will bless the work of your hands.

"Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:4 WEB
While God cares about your finances, he cares more about you and your commitment to his will for you. Do not focus on the money, but rather focus on the will of God.
We pray that this situation will be a testament to God's faithfulness and goodness in your life, and that you will give Him all the glory for the breakthrough you're believing for.
Also remember the words of Jesus Christ in Matthew 7:7 WEB "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you" and in John 14:14 WEB "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." This is because in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
