We pray that You grant [User] the wisdom and discernment needed to identify and bring in the right person who will contribute positively and work diligently.
Lord, [User] is currently experiencing challenges with , who is not fulfilling their responsibilities and is exhibiting a negative attitude towards the job and [User]. We ask that You step in and bring resolution to this situation. Your Word in *Psalm 37:5-6* says, "Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday." We pray that You bring justice and fairness to [User]'s workplace and guide them in handling this situation with grace and firmness.
