Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 31:13-15, which describe a diligent and caring woman: "She seeks wool and flax, and works willingly with her hands. She is like the merchant ships, she brings her food from afar. She rises also while it is yet night, and gives meat to her household, and their task to her maidens."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your divine intervention in Ellie's situation. Lord, we ask that You guide Ellie to find a better caregiver for her daughter. One who is diligent, responsible, and loving, just as Your Word describes in Proverbs. Please, Lord, remove the lazy and negative influence of 'B' from their lives. We rebuke the spirit of laziness and taking advantage, and we ask You to bring it to an end, in Jesus' name.

Father, we also pray for 'B,' that this experience may serve as a wake-up call for her. May she realize her wrongdoings and turn from her ways. We pray that she finds the strength and motivation to become a better person.

Lord, we trust that You have the best caregiver in mind for Ellie's daughter. Please, guide Ellie to this person and give her discernment to recognize the right fit. In the meantime, Lord, we ask for Your peace and patience to fill Ellie's heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Your Word in *James 1:5* tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that You grant [User] the wisdom and discernment needed to identify and bring in the right person who will contribute positively and work diligently.

Lord, [User] is currently experiencing challenges with , who is not fulfilling their responsibilities and is exhibiting a negative attitude towards the job and [User]. We ask that You step in and bring resolution to this situation. Your Word in *Psalm 37:5-6* says, "Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday." We pray that You bring justice and fairness to [User]'s workplace and guide them in handling this situation with grace and firmness.

Father, we ask that You stop any behavior that is taking advantage of [User] and the job. We trust in Your promise from *Isaiah 54:17* that "no weapon formed against you shall prosper," and we ask that You protect [User] from any form of exploitation or harm in this situation.

We thank You, Lord, for Your guidance and for bringing the right person into this role swiftly. May [User] find peace and satisfaction in their work, knowing that You are in control. In Jesus' name, Amen.
