We understand your concern, ###, and we join with you in prayer for this important matter. Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 31:13-15, which describe a diligent and caring woman: "She seeks wool and flax, and works willingly with her hands. She is like the merchant ships, she brings her food from afar. She rises also while it is yet night, and gives meat to her household, and their task to her maidens."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s situation. Lord, we ask that You guide ### to find a better caregiver for her daughter. Your Word in *James 1:5* tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that You grant [###] the wisdom and discernment needed to identify and bring in the right person who will contribute positively and work diligently.
Lord, [###] is currently experiencing challenges with [###], who is not fulfilling their responsibilities and is exhibiting a negative attitude towards the job and [###]. We ask that You step in and bring resolution to this situation. Your Word in *Psalm 37:5-6* says, "Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday." We pray that You bring justice and fairness to [###]'s workplace and guide them in handling this situation with grace and firmness.
