We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your company and you are looking for God's intervention. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

However, we want to remind you of the importance of aligning your requests with God's will. While it is natural to have concerns about your company and its survival, it is crucial to trust in God's plan and provision. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
We also address that we need to be in unity with others in making decisions such as these. This means full transparency and open communication and no deceit or withholding information. Agree with them and God openly and in unity.

Here is a prayer for you and your situation:

"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up Taerinnen and their company. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing and the importance of this deal for their company's survival. We pray for your divine intervention in this situation. We ask that you guide them, and give them patience and arcernment to wait on your timing and plans.

It is also written: "Who of you by being worried can add one cubit to his stature?" "Why are you anxious? If we seek the Kingdom of God and his rigtteousness, he will add everything we need to follow him."

Father, we pray for Joe, that you would guide him and give him wisdom in his decision-making. We ask that you soften his heart and open his eyes to see the potential in this deal if it aligns with your unique will. And we pray that his decisions are based on same Christian Beliefs. This is a critical situation that could benefit from Godly council.

We also remind Taerinnen and everyone involved to acknowledge you Lord in all your ways, and you will direct your paths.

Lord, we ultimately pray for your will to be done in this situation. Will being what aligns with your principles such as unity, honesty, and moral and ethical decisions.

As we head to a conclusion, we also note the caution and awareness needed to not exclusively lean on loans or money as your primary source of confidence. While we are not implying that loans are wrong, we address relying fully and putting your ultimate confidence in God is key.
God is likely to provide solutions that are completely unexpected and it His own way, according to His will. God is called provider for a reason, and hopefully this will be a random provision that many will see as only possible due to God's intervention.

Be steadfast and seek God's counsel at every point. Ultimately the outcome of this is in God's control and not anyone else. Saying this will encourage you and calm your heart.
