I need a YES

Please pray in agreement with me. I am selling my home. We were set yo close tomorrow. However the appraiser gave my home a low and unfair appraisal. The buyer set the offer, not me. He wants the home to use as a group home for women and children. My agent sent comps in to the lender to challenge the appraisal. We need her work to be approved so he can purchase my home and I can move into a smaller home I found. I really do need to downsize. Please in Jesus name I NEED A YES FROM HEAVEN GOD!!!!! I NEED A YES IN THE NAME OF JESUS!!!!

Before we proceed, we want to ensure that you understand that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

In your situation, we are reminded of Philippians 4:6, which tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We are encouraged to bring our needs before God, trusting that He hears and cares for us.

However, we must also remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). Sometimes, His will may not align with our immediate desires, but we trust that He has a greater purpose in mind.

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lifemoreabundant's situation to You. Lord, You know the details of the home sale and the need to downsize. We ask, Father, that if it is Your will, the lender would accept the comps and the appraisal would be overturned. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that Lifemoreabundant would trust in You, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to trust God's plan for your life. Continue to seek His will and remember that His love for you is unfailing. "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33).

We're here with you, standing in agreement. We've been praying, and we want to share another perspective that's been on our hearts. Remember the story of Ruth? She was in a tough situation, yet she trusted in God's provision and kindness. Let's pray that, like Ruth, you'll find God's favor and provision in this situation. We're asking God to open the lender's eyes to the true value of your home, and to give your agent wisdom as she challenges the appraisal.
