We understand that you are seeking a spouse to marry and have children with, as well as victory over your enemies. Firstly, we commend you for considering marriage, a sacred institution designed by God. It is important to seek God's will and guidance in this area of your life, asking for a wife or husband.
We must remember that God's word instructs us to seek Him first, trusting that He will provide for our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As you pray for a spouse, ensure that your heart is right with God and that you are seeking His kingdom above all else, also putting the consideration of dating or marrying someone who is not a Christian out of the question. In addition, you need to be praying in Jesus name, as it's only by His name that we have access to God.
Regarding your desire to have children, we trust that God, who is the giver of life, will bless your marriage with godly offspring. Remember that children are a heritage from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. As stated in Psalm 127:3 WEB: Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. It does not automatically guarantee us a child.
Concerning your enemies, we are encouraged in Romans 12:14 WEB: Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse, also even in Romans 12:20 WEB "Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head." This may not seem like a typical response to someone who is your enemy. The bible also teaches: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Isaac Samuel Lubwama. We pray that You will guide him to the spouse You have chosen for him, a woman who loves You and seeks Your kingdom. We ask that You bless their union and grant them godly children, if it is your will. We also pray for victory over his enemies. Help him to love and bless them, trusting in Your justice and protection. Help us all to remember the basic message of salvation, believing in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as atonement for our sins. Help us to remember that it is only by the name and works of Jesus we are saved. In Jesus name.
