We're right there with you, friend, longing for that safe, permanent home just as much as you do. It's been a long journey, hasn't it? But remember, even in the temporary, God is with you. Let's claim Psalm 68:6 together, "God sets the lonely in families, He leads out the prisoners to prosperity." We're believing for that prosperity, for that family of a home, for you.
Let's pray: Dear Jesus, we come to You today, lifting up our sister/brother's desire for a safe and permanent home. We trust that You see their need, and we ask that according to Your will, You would provide a place where they can truly feel at home, a place of peace, security, and joy. We claim Your promise in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened."
We also ask that this home would be a place where Your presence is welcome and honored, a place where Your love can flow freely. We declare that any spirit of fear or anxiety is rebuked in the name of Jesus, and we claim Your promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
Lastly, we encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and let this journey of faith draw you closer to Him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
