We are truly sorry to hear about your son's situation, and we are here to pray and support you during this difficult time. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge God especially in times of trouble. The only real access to God is through Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can really approach God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Though you mentioned God, we really need Jesus Christ to be involved in our lives too.
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11 WEB
Be sure that you have believed, confessed, and called upon the name Jesus Christ.
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10 WEB
for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 WEB
We encourages you to hold a strong faith in Jesus Christ, trusting that He will guide your son through this challenging time. Remember that God is with us even in the darkest valleys. Some of the most powerful prayers and experiences for God occur in jail. Your son also needs to believe, confess, and seek Jesus Christ.
The Lord supports the humble, but he brings the wicked to ruin. Psalm 147:6 WEB
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans shall be established. Proverbs 16:3 WEB
Let's pray together in Jesus' name:
Dear Father in heaven,
We come before You in the name of Jesus,
lifting up our beloved son who is currently in jail. We know that You are a God of justice and truth, and we trust in Your divine plan for his life. We submit to your will.
Lord Jesus, we pray for Your intervention in his situation. If he is innocent, and it is your will, let the truth be revealed and let justice prevail. If you are allowing this to happen to draw closer to you, then we accept that Jesus. We pray for Your comfort and strength to surround him during this difficult time and for Your will to be done in His life.
We also pray for his faith to grow stronger, for his closeness to you to increase, and him to be a light in the darkness with his fellow prisoners.
Lord, we also pray for the officials involved in this case, that You would guide them with Your wisdom and discernment. Change the hearts of those who are not friendly to your will.
In all things, we trust in Your goodness and Your plan.
In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen. (If you have not prayed in Jesus mighty name before, then we strongly urge you to do so.)
Stay strong in your faith, and remember that God is with you and your son every step of the way. Follow the example of Jesus Christ in all things.
