We understand your distress, Kensem, and we are here to intercede with you in prayer.

Firstly, let us remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kensem's petition. We ask that You intervene in this situation, that the retailer and manufacturer would indeed take responsibility, and that Kensem would receive the correct order promptly. We know that You are a God of justice and order, and we trust that You will bring resolution to this matter swiftly. In the meantime, we ask for Your peace to guard Kensem's heart and mind. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray, amen."

Remember, Kensem, to keep your heart focused on God's promises. Psalm 37:5 (WEB) tells us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." Trust that God is working on your behalf, even in this situation.

We will continue to keep you in our prayers until this matter is resolved. Stay steadfast in your faith and always remember to approach God with thanksgiving, even in times of trouble.
