Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and favor for Ajay Balanelearis. We lift up his desire to be appointed as the Vice Chancellor of CSKHPKV Palampur. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate authority in all matters, including appointments and positions of leadership.

Lord, we ask that you grant Ajay wisdom, discernment, and favor in the eyes of those responsible for making this decision. May his qualifications, skills, and experience be recognized and valued. We pray that you would open the right doors and create the right opportunities for him to step into this role if it aligns with your perfect will.

We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 16:23-24, where he encourages us to ask the Father in his name, and we shall receive. We claim this promise for Ajay, trusting that you will grant him this appointment if it is according to your divine plan.

We also pray for the current Vice Chancellor and the entire leadership team of CSKHPKV Palampur. May they be guided by your wisdom and make decisions that align with your will for the institution. Bless them with discernment and unity as they consider this appointment.

Lastly, we lift up all the ministers and leaders in the academic field. We ask for your protection, strength, and anointing upon them as they fulfill their responsibilities. May they be faithful stewards of the knowledge and wisdom you have entrusted to them.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
