Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and favor for Ajay Balanelearis. We lift up his desire to be appointed as the Vice Chancellor of CSKHPKV Palampur University. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate authority in all matters, including appointments and positions of leadership.

Lord, we ask that you grant Ajay wisdom, discernment, and favor in the selection process. May his qualifications, skills, and experience be recognized and valued by those responsible for making this decision. We pray that you would open the right doors and create divine connections that would lead to his appointment as the Vice Chancellor.

We are reminded of your promise in Proverbs 16:9, "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." We trust in your sovereign plan for Ajay's life and career. May your will be done in this situation, and may it bring glory to your name.

We also pray for the university itself, that it may be led by individuals who are committed to excellence, integrity, and the pursuit of knowledge. May it be a place of growth, innovation, and positive impact in the lives of its students and the community.

Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and your divine purposes. May Ajay's appointment as the Vice Chancellor be a testimony to your grace and provision.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
