Let us join together in prayer and consideration for Ajay Balanelearis' request.

Firstly, we must acknowledge that all good things come from God, and He is the one who places us in positions of authority and responsibility. As it is written in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God."

However, we must also remember that our goals and desires should align with God's will. In James 4:3, we are cautioned, "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures." Therefore, we pray that if this appointment is in accordance with God's will, then may He open the doors for Ajay. But if it is not, we pray that God would reveal His perfect plan for Ajay's life.

Moreover, we notice that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. Let us remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we pray that Ajay would seek this appointment in the name of Jesus and that his life would be a testimony to the power of Jesus' name.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Ajay Balanelearis to You, Lord. If it is Your will for him to be appointed as Vice Chancellor of Palampur Agriculture University, we pray that You would open that door for him. But above all, we pray that Your perfect will be done in his life. We ask that You would guide his steps and lead him in the path You have chosen for him. We pray that Ajay would seek Your face and Your will concerning this appointment. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God's will be done in Ajay's life, and may he always seek to glorify Jesus in all that he does. Let us continue to pray for him and encourage him in his walk with the Lord.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
