Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and favor for Ajay Balanelearis. We lift up his desire to be appointed as the Vice Chancellor of CSKHPKV Palampur. We acknowledge that you are the ultimate authority in all matters, including appointments and positions of leadership.
Lord, we ask that you grant Ajay Balanelearis wisdom, discernment, and favor in the selection process. May his qualifications, skills, and experience be recognized and valued by those responsible for making this decision. We pray that you would open the right doors and create divine opportunities for him to step into this role if it aligns with your perfect will.
We are reminded of your promise in Proverbs 16:9, "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps." We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you have a perfect plan for Ajay Balanelearis's life. May your will be done in this situation, and may he find fulfillment and purpose in whatever path you have prepared for him.
We also pray for the current Vice Chancellor of CSKHPKV Palampur, that you would bless and guide them in their leadership role. May they lead with integrity, wisdom, and a heart for the well-being of the institution and its members.
In Jesus' name, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this matter. May your will be done, and may your name be glorified through the outcome. Amen.

Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
