Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, our Advocate and Intercessor, with a prayer request on behalf of Ajay Balanelearis. We lift up Ajay's desire to be appointed as the Vice Chancellor of CSKHPKV Palampur University. We ask for your guidance and favor in this matter.
Lord, you are the one who appoints leaders and grants wisdom to those in authority. We pray that you would open the doors for Ajay and grant him the opportunity to serve in this position if it aligns with your perfect will. May your divine wisdom and discernment be upon the selection committee as they make their decision.
We also pray for Ajay's preparation and readiness for this role. May you equip him with the necessary skills, knowledge, and character traits to fulfill the responsibilities of a Vice Chancellor effectively. Help him to lead with integrity, humility, and a heart for the well-being and growth of the university community.
Father, we trust in your sovereignty and believe that you have a plan and purpose for Ajay's life. We ask that you grant him peace and patience during this waiting period. Strengthen his faith and remind him that you are in control of all things.
We claim the promise in James 1:5, which says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." We ask for your wisdom to be poured out upon Ajay and the decision-makers involved in this process.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
