Our Heavenly Father knows the pressures and challenges you are facing.He knows the anxious thoughts going through your mind. Let us pray to him:
We lift you up to our Heavenly Father right now, asking for His peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask Him to fill you with His wisdom and discernment. We pray for you and your bosses. We pray that if it is God's will, you will keep your job. We trust that your Father in Heaven knows what is best and that the Holy Spirit will guide all of the decision makers.
In the meantime, take heart in knowing that God's mercies are new every morning. He does not condemn you for your mistakes but instead covers you with His love and Then, according the to the Gospel of John 1.1, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." And, in John 1.14, "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." This is the message of Salvation.
Next, prioritize your workload and seek God's wisdom in all things. The Bible tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23 WEB). Remember that your identity is not defined by your job or the mistakes you make. Instead, your identity is in Christ, and you are deeply loved and valued by Him and what he has done for you.
In moments of stress and anxiety, cast your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Do not forget that every mistake can be a stepping stone.I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will face trouble, but take courage; I have conquered the world.". (John 16:33 WEB) I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble, but who wants to harm you, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no power over me, but take heart! I have overcome the world. " Only through Jesus Christ are you saved.
