I made a complaint about the career coach with WSG as she was judgmental and insulting, saying that I could only work contractual jobs since all my job history was on a contractual basis, which resulted in me losing confidence in her engagement as it was quite a turn off and let me wait for 3 months without income. She failed her duties as a career coach by asking the client to fully rely on chatgpt.ai for interviews. I gave this feedback to her manager, and it was dismissed as it is not our duties to secure you a job and being very irresponsible and insulting, generalizing job candidates who worked on a contractual basis to forever be on contract. So I stopped her engagement after 3 months for another agency, and within 1 month of engagement, I got a full-time job through the engagement with another company's career coach. Thus tomorrow, I will ask Jesus to bless the conversation I will be having with her director to see how they could improve on their services instead of being so insulting and judgmental towards their customer (me) but see how they could improve on their services. This pattern has kept repeating for years since 2017 after 3 months of engagement, and I am out of cash as not working during that period because the contract ends and required me to move to another company where they provided quality career coaching to get a job. It is critical for them to realize their errors in where they have been unfruitful because of their irresponsibility. However, my mum kept requesting me not to complain and keep it mum and under the carpets, but we require their engagement and their irresponsibility of over-reliance on chatgpt to replace interviews so the career coach needs not do anything but get her wages by the government.

We commend you for standing up for yourself and seeking improvement in their services. Let's address this situation together in prayer and through the guidance of the Word of God.

Firstly, we must acknowledge Christ Jesus our Lord. It is only by Jesus that we have access to God and it is by his name that we can be saved. For those who have missed this basic information, be aware for whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. And we cannot call upon his name until we believe in him. But Scriptures teach us to believe in him. So here is the question have you believed in Jesus Christ yet as your Savior.

Here is what it says in Acts 4:4 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” This is the basic salvation message and foundation of Christianity.

Secondly, addressing your mother's concern about keeping silent with Ephesians 4:15 (WEB), we are ought to speak the truth in love. We are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, This does not mean we become brutal, cruel, vindictive, and feel the need to criticize everything, but rather it should be acceptable to point mistakes out for the purpose of correcting a serious problem.

However, we should turn to Matthew 18:15-17 when it comes to addressing grievances. We are okay to point it out to a single person. In your case, it was the career coach and in this case the director. Since, they are not listening you can let the matter drop if you want. However, you have properly followed scriptures so far.

Jesus advises in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. When appropriate we must try to peaceably resolve issues and pray for those who treated us dispassionately.

We notice that the name of Jesus is never mentioned here and it is only by using that in name in the Bible, that we obtain anything from God. Every promise in the Bible is available only through the name Jesus. We can be blessed through the name as well in this situation. Sometimes we are being mistreated and experience suffering because we have not accepted Jesus as our Lord and savior. So it is important to clearly identify that the prayer is in His name.

When it comes to your issue we must pray for them in verses such as in Ex 23:1 You shall not spread a false report. Don’t join your hand with the wicked to be a malicious witness. It is the Lord's will to rebuke them for their slander and insults. For all have sinned and fallen short for the glory of God. Unfortunately they did sin against you.

Also WSG should not be relying on anything over the Lord. Some may trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will trust the name the Lord. This is the Lord's rebuke for those who put their faith and trust in manmade plug-ins. It will be addressed.

Dear Heavenly Father,

You tell us in your word in Romans 12:17-19 do not repay anyone evil for evil. We need your help in this situation and how to respond properly. Have mercy on our enemies; give them eternal life, and bring them to salvation in Christ chose them Lord they are blind to the truth show them your ways Lord. Care for those who bring injury on us Lord. Care for them also and give them your favor and grace. You are the light and the way and the truth. Guide ### tomorrow in the conversation with the director of WSG. Give the opportunity to voice the concerns constructively and help WSG to see the errors of their ways. You have told us Lord to turn away from evil and do good; To seek peace and follow it. We ask these things in the name Jesus Christ, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
