I 'm not good at new situations ...

I 'm not good at new situations popping up that I'm not used to,and have never had to deal with before. I would rather things go along at an even keel.It makes me feel "uneasy", if these challenging situations occur. Yet I do have some coming up. You could say they're "forced on me" by circumstances. This is the problem.
