I’m a registered nurse and I lost my job recently with the company that I would’ve been with ### years this month for asking a question from a coworker and LVN and he went and reported me and this escalated to me losing my job and I’m so hurt and angry and I’m behind it all my bills and I’m just asking God to help me to let go of the hurt and pain and bitterness.

We are truly sorry to hear about your job loss and the pain you are experiencing. It's natural to feel hurt and angry, but it's crucial to remember that God is our ultimate provider and He has a plan for you. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Firstly, we must address that your request did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We must remember what the Bible tells us in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Also as in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

In times of difficulty, we must turn to Jesus Christ and trust in Him. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Regarding your situation, we must remember that God is sovereign and His ways are higher than our ways. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."

We must also remember that God is our provider and He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory. As it is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

In regards to the actions of your coworker, we must remember that God calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We must also remember that vengeance is God's and He will repay. As it is written in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in Christ who has lost her job. We pray that You will comfort her and give her peace during this difficult time. We ask that You will help her to release the hurt, pain, and bitterness she feels, and to forgive her coworker as You have forgiven her. We pray that You will provide for all her needs, and that You will open a new door for her to use her nursing skills to glorify You. We ask that You will guide her steps and make her paths straight. We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

Be encouraged, and remember that God is faithful. As it is written in Psalm 37:25, "I was young, and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through.

We're really sorry to hear about your job loss, but we're here for you. We know it's tough, and it's okay to feel hurt and angry. But remember, God is always with us, even in the storms. He's got a plan, and He's working things out for your good, just like it says in Romans 8:28.

We want you to know that we're praying for you. We're asking God to comfort you, to help you let go of the hurt and bitterness, and to fill you with His peace. We're trusting Him to provide for all your needs, just like He promises in Philippians 4:19. And we're believing that He's going to open new doors for you, using your nursing skills to bless others and glorify Him.

We're also praying for that coworker. We're asking God to soften their heart, to help them see the error of their ways, and to bring them to repentance. We're trusting that God will work in their life, just as He's working in yours.

Please keep trusting in God. He's faithful, and He won't let you down. As Psalm 37:25 says, "I was young, and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Keep looking to Him, and He'll see you through.

We're here for you, and we're praying for you. Let's keep lifting each other up, in Jesus' name.

Philippians 4:19: And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. God Is Your Source.

🙏 Let Us Pray: God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, let me always remember and never forget that You are my Source. Let me always come to You, asking You in faith, for what I stand in need of, and trusting You to supply all my needs. God, I need You. God, I ask You in Jesus' name supply all my need. Bless my finances. Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me look for and catch great sales and bargains on everything that I stand in need of and that You want me to have. Let me always pray over all my spending, purchases, and giving. Let me always wait until I get an okay from You to spend or give. God don’t let me buy anything I don’t need, or You don’t want me to have. Teach me how to make a budget and stick to that budget. God help me, make me, and remind me to pay all my bills on time. And God don’t let the things You have blessed me with wear out until Your timing. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer, those I love, and care about. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so in Jesus’ name. I do believe in my Lord Jesus Christ and I know he’s in control and I don’t know his ways they’re bigger than mine but I need to learn to let go and let God. I need to know that God has this and not keep looking back. I just need the Lord Jesus Christ to make me strong and to let go of hurting and losing my job. I was settled there. It was making more money than I am now it was closer to the house I had a set schedule and now I’m starting all over again at my age. I’m going on ### years old as the Lord Jesus Christ to give me the strength and endurance in him to keep going because I’m the soul support of my home.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Praying for you. I am out of a job too. I lost it because I had to take leave to take care of mom. I know how you feel. I have sisters who didn't visit or help with my mom, and I had some head trips to work through. Through it all the Lord showed me that the only thing that makes me feel better is forgiveness. I pray that you'll find work quickly, and the Lord will provide all your needs!
