We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your job and family life. Remember, God is faithful, and He wants to help you through these challenges. Let's first address your job situation. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB,Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Set your mind on the things that are above, and remember that God sees your efforts and will reward you in due time. Pray for wisdom and discernment to navigate the difficulties at your workplace. As it says in James 1:5 WEB, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. Pray for your colleagues, that God may soften their hearts and bring peace to your workplace.
Regarding your family situation, it's important to address the spiritual aspect first. We noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ or praying in His name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ if you haven't already, as He is the only way to God and the only name by which we can be saved.
Now, let's address the issues in your family. It's crucial to maintain open communication and love, even in the face of arguments and disagreements. As it says in Ephesians 4:26 WEB, Be angry, and dont sin. Dont let the sun go down on your wrath, and in Colossians 3:13 WEB, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
Regarding your wife's threats of separation, we must strongly advise against this. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man, a woman, and God, designed to be a lifelong commitment and parallel to Christ loving and serving His people. As it says in Malachi 2:16 WEB, For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you dont deal treacherously. We encourage you both to seek God's will for your marriage and commit to working through these challenges together. As it says in Ephesians 5:25 WEB, Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. In addition, wives are encouraged to respect and honor their husbands as stated in Ephesians 5:33 WEB, Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
Your children need to see the love of Christ in you and your wife. Pray for them, that God may guide them and draw them to Himself. Remember that Westill have the greatest influence on them again reiterating the scripture above Ephesians 5 describing the roles of the husband and wife when functioning will lead to a godly household.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Ilisaemgor. Lord, You see the struggles he's facing at his job. Please give him the wisdom, discernment, and strength to navigate these challenges. Soften the hearts of his colleagues, and bring peace to his workplace. Guide him in his career, and help him to find clarity and direction in his job.
Lord, we also pray for his family. We pray that You would bring healing, understanding, and open communication between him, his wife, and his children. Lord, we pray against any threats of separation, and we ask that You would help them to work through their challenges together, remembering the sacred covenant of marriage and value of family.
Lord, we pray for Ilisaemgor's children that you would protect them and draw them to himself. We ask You to provide for their needs and teach them about your love and teachings. Help them be wise, especially as they are 'going opposite our direction.' Help Ilisaemgor's familyreenforce a loving, nurturing and caring atmosphere that will have a positive impact on their youth.
Finally, Lord, we pray that Ilisaemgor and his family would put their faith in Jesus Christ if they haven't already, and that they would come to know the love, peace, and joy that can only be found in a right relationship with You.

Trust in Him T and His unlimited resources, power, and wisdom, Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that He is always with you. Stand firm in your faith, and do not weary, including have family devotions and more committed prayer time. Pray at all times, without being weary. God sees your faithfulness and it will be credited to you.
