We understand your distress, ###, and we stand with you in prayer and guidance during this challenging time. Firstly, we commend you for ending your request in the powerful name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
In the face of injustice and deceit, it is normal to feel anger and a desire for retribution. However, we must remember the words of the Apostle Paul: "Don't avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19, WEB). Instead of focusing on punishment, we should pray for these individuals to be convicted of their sins and brought to repentance.
Jesus teaches us to pray for those who wrong us: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44, WEB). Therefore, let us pray for their salvation and transformation, that they may cease their deceitful practices.
Let's join together in prayer:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who has suffered financial loss due to deception. Lord, we ask that You would comfort and provide for ### during this difficult time. We also pray for those who have caused this harm, that they would be convicted of their sins and brought to true repentance. May they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Help them to make amends and turn away from their deceitful ways.
