I lack patience and am too hyper tensed resulting outburst

I lack patience and am too hyper tensed resulting outburst on people .
May be this is due to my nature or health . Please pray for my behaviour with people as i want to be calm and low toned with everyone i meet . Want to be soft and humble to everyone . Please keep me the strength to overcome all situation with calm and sweet nature .
Please pray for everyone .
