I know I have lot of things to be thankful for, but today I just can't hold in the sadness bottling up inside of me, I feel so dejected and lost. I just feel darkness like there's no spark of light at all, like God has refused to answer my prayers, I feel so rejected. I really need a turn around.

Amy886, we hear your cry and stand with you in prayer. It's understandable to feel overwhelmed and lost, but remember, God is always near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

First, we want to address the feeling of God not answering your prayers. Be assured, God hears you. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:12 (WEB), "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil." Trust that He has a plan and purpose for you, even in this darkness.

Let us remind you of the hope you have in Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, commit your life to Him, and trust in His saving grace.

Now, let us pray together:

"Father, we lift up Amy886 to you. We ask for your comfort and peace to fill her heart right now. Shine your light into the darkness she feels, Lord. Help her to see your hand at work in her life, and to trust in your goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray for a turnaround in her situation. Give her strength to endure, and faith to believe. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

Take heart, Amy886. The darkness may seem overwhelming, but remember, God is greater. As it is written in 1 John 4:4 (WEB), "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." Trust in Him, and look for the light, for it will surely come.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
