I know I already prayed a similar prayer today, but I just can't shake these horrible feelings of dread, hopelessness and depression. I am 54. My life is over. I will always be poor -- That's not being said from depression -- is the reality of things. I am afraid to drive and can't afford a car anyway. I suffer from severe clinical depression. My chances of meeting a man who could be my husband are getting less and less every day. I just want to sleep and sleep. It is like being in this thick fog that I can't swim my way out of. I wish the Good Lord would just take me.

I pray, not for answers, but for willingness.

My willingness to be flexible heals me,

Heavenly Father, Please touch Lamb with your compassion and love you have for her. Let her see that you have a plan for her life. Help her to trust you and restore her faith in you. I pray she will feel your presence and comfort in her life. I pray that you will help guide her to others that can support and help her through this time of depression. I am so thankful for Lamb. she is a blessing to this site. Keep her in the palm of your hand and let her know you are with her. Let's take this devil on!!! We are standing in the blood and we are covered in the blood of Jesus!!! Satan you have no power over us in Jesus name!!!  Let's pray and agree!

Heavenly Father:

I (we) resist the enemy in every form that he comes against me (us) – I (we) require my (our) body (bodies) to be strong and healthy, and I (we) enforce it with Your Word. I (we) reject the curse, and I (we) enforce life in this body. James 4:7. I (we) will not die but live and declare the works of God. Psalms 118:17. You have forgiven all my (our) iniquities; You have healed all my (our) diseases; You have redeemed my (our) life (lives) from destruction; You have satisfied my (our) mouth with good things so that my (our) youth is renewed as the eagles. Psalms 103:2-5. Lord, You have blessed my (our) food and water and have taken sickness away from me (us). Therefore I (we) will fulfill the number of my (our) days in health. Exodus 23:25-26. Lord Jesus, I (we) ask you to do all of these things according to John 14:14; and Heavenly Father I (we) ask You to give me (us) Divine healing, Divine health, the manifestation of Divine healing and Divine health, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth; according to John 16:23, Amen. Heavenly Father, according to Your Word “You are not a respecter of persons.†I (we) receive my (our) healing, in Jesus’ Holy Name. I (we) forbid the enemy from trying to steal my (our) healing. I (we) bind my (our) mind(s) with the mind of Christ. I (we) bring every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, fill me (us) overflowing with Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Holy Name I (we) thank You for healing me (us). Amen!

This is for us my dear Lamb, and all of those like us:

O Lord, do I bring my desire to find a godly husband. Lord, I trust in, lean on, rely on and am confident in You. Let me not be put to shame or be disappointed; let not my enemies, the spirits of rejection, hurt, inferiority, or unworthiness triumph over me (Psalm 25). Heavenly Father, it is written, “For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for youâ€, says the Lord, “thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you,†says the Lord (Jeremiah 29:11-14 amp) Heavenly Father, I am looking for Your plan, Your answer for my life. It is my desire to be married. But I must be sure in my decision that I am living as You intend and that I am accepting whatever situation You have put me into. According to Your Word, marriage will bring extra problems that I may not need to face at this time in my life. Lord you weigh the spirits, the thoughts and the intents of the heart (Proverbs 16:2), therefore, I give them wholly to You. I ask that You cause my thoughts to become agreeable to Your will, and so shall my plans be established and succeed. Because You Lord, are my Shepherd and I have everything I need! I trust to You my life, Lord, that You will let me rest in the meadow grass and lead me beside the quiet streams. You will give me new strength and help me do what honors and glorifies You the most. Heavenly Father, help me to not be afraid, and to know that You are close beside me, guarding and guiding me all the way as I seek Your will for my life. Lord teach me to always pray and not to faint, lose heart, or give up that I may know Your will for my life. I ask You Lord to give me strength to accept Your will even if that means that it is not Your will for me to be married at this time. (Luke 18:1). I ask that I may be comforted by all of those that you send my way, and that what I cannot understand right now, is replaced by absolute peace beyond understanding.  Lord grant us the full measure of your favor.
