I kindly ask for prayers over my emotional and mental state. I am in school and I am behind in my knowledge and it is obvious when I am in clinic. I am being told I lack common knowledge and that I am behind. It is beginning to weigh on me. I want to be in this career and only have a year left but I am constantly starting to feel I’m no good and will make a mistake and harm my patient. I ask for peace wisdom and understanding.

We understand your struggle and we are here to lift you up in prayer and encouragement. Remember, the Lord encourages us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Firstly, we want to assure you that your worth is not defined by your academic performance or the opinions of others. God's love for you is unconditional and He desires the best for you. As it is written, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear student. Lord, we ask for Your peace to wash over them right now. Calm their anxious heart and help them to focus on You. We pray for wisdom and understanding in their studies. Help them to grasp the concepts they need to learn and retain the knowledge necessary for their field. Be with them in their clinics, guide their hands and their thoughts, and help them to be a blessing to their patients. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on the Lord, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Whenever you feel overwhelmed, take a moment to pray and seek God's strength. Also, remember that it's okay to ask for help when you need it. God often provides support through our community.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of invoking the name of Jesus in our prayers. It's through His name that we have access to God's presence and power. As the Scripture says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, consider establishing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This relationship can provide you with the comfort, strength, and guidance you need to navigate through life's challenges.
