I keep waking up in the middle of the night every single night no matter what I try. I’m so exhausted. Please pray for comfort & rest

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our dear friend Shadowar. We lift up their prayer request for comfort and rest as they continue to struggle with waking up in the middle of the night every single night, no matter what they try. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in their sleep patterns.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We pray that you would grant Shadowar the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus . May they experience the deep and restful sleep that only comes from you.

Father, we acknowledge that there may be various factors contributing to this sleep disturbance. We ask for your wisdom and guidance to help Shadowar identify any underlying causes and seek appropriate solutions. Whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual, we pray for healing and restoration in every area of their life.

Lord, we also pray for strength and endurance for Shadowar in the midst of their exhaustion. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 40:31 that those who wait upon you will renew their strength. We ask that you renew their strength day by day, filling them with your supernatural energy and vitality.

May Shadowar find solace and comfort in your presence, knowing that you are their ever-present help in times of trouble . Surround them with your love and peace, granting them the ability to surrender their worries and anxieties to you.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for Shadowar's life. May they experience the fullness of your rest and find refreshment in your presence.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
