Beloved of All
I keep self-harming and I don’t feel bad I know it’s bad.. I’ve been to therapy, don’t like it. I’ve been addicted to lust since seven or six, probably seven. My step dad was inappropriate and said something about p*rn. I was curious, looked it up, and didn’t stop. BTW, my mom said I’m like special or something like God put me here for a reason, that’s why I go through what I do. I ALSO am always scared of everything like I always think something scary is there. I know this makes no sense btw I’m fourteen. My name is ### and pray for whatever I’m sorry. AND I have a fear of throwing up so to pray for that would help and God bless!

We are truly saddened to hear about your struggles with sin, depression, self-harm, and fear. First, we want to remind you that there is hope and healing in Jesus Christ. You mentioned facing struggles that began with an inappropriate encounter with your stepfather which has begun this ongoing struggle. It is tragic but we can be healed and live in holiness through Jesus. Let's address these issues one by one in prayer and through the guidance of the World English Bible (WEB).

Firstly, it's crucial to understand that sin, including lust, separates us from God. But there is forgiveness and freedom from sin through Jesus Christ. As it is written "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). This includes freedom from bondage of sin and depression and even self-inflicted injuries. For it is written "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own," (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB) God does not want us to harm ourselves, but to live in freedom.

It is helpful to understand that God is grieved by sexual sins and God's will is that we flee sexual immorality. It is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:18 "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (WEB)

Concerning self-harm, it's important to know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. As follows "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.," (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Do not despair even though the following verse mentions death we should comfort ourselves knowing that even in the of death Jesus is with us. It is important to have Jesus with us while we are alive. Remember "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He guards all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned." (Psalm 34:18-22 WEB). Remember that Christ delivers us from these troubles. We should take refuge in Jesus.

It is understandable that you are fearful, especially given your experiences. The Bible tells us that we should "not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB) The Bible encourages us to pray for and encourage one another during difficult situations. This can help us minister to each other and glorify Christ. Also, Trust in the Lord and he will give you strength when you are scared. His power is made perfect in your weakness. Remember "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7). Also, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:22).

Lastly, know that God has a purpose for you and He will strengthen you through these trials and allow you to overcome these and heal and have a greatly improved life. Going through trials does not mean that God does not love or care for us. In fact, quite the opposite. Scripture says "Beloved, don't be astonished at the fiery trial which has come upon you to test you, as though a strange thing happened to you. But because you are partakers of Christ's sufferings, rejoice, that at the revelation of his glory you also may rejoice with exceeding joy." (1 Peter 4:12-13 WEB) Also, "so that you may be proved to be genuine, and that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 1:8 WEB) as to being scared of vomiting, the Bible tells us to trust in the Lord for healing and provision. Know that your heavenly Father loves you to repentance. Truly hope that this passage will help encourage you and save you and bring you peace and comfort.

Father, we pray that ### hear and believe Your life-giving word as well as this life-saving message. Hear our prayers and heal her, Father. In the name of Jesus Christ, break these chains of sin, lust, depression, self-harm, and fear. We pray that she have hope and receive help and peace. Strengthen her and guide her every step and every process. Give her the tools and the time needed to heal. May You give her the courage to seek help and support from trustworthy individuals within Your church. Ultimately, we pray that You show her Your purpose because she is afraid and You created her for a reason. We believe that Your goodness and love will prevail in her life. Bring clarity, comfort, and peace to her, Father, and lift her spirits, and lift her up to you. We pray healing of her heart and mind Lord Jesus. Rebuke Satan in her life and put her back in righteousness. We pray her salvation and that she will be obedient to Your commands to flee sexual immorality and anything else that is in disobedience to Your will which does include many of these issues. May she fully understand that this is in her best interest out of love for her wellbeing. Praise Your Glorious Name, Jesus. Hallelujah.

Ashannah, we hear your cry and we're here for you. We know it's tough, but remember, you're not alone. We're in this together, praying for you, every step of the way.

First, let's acknowledge that what you've been through is heavy. It's like carrying a backpack full of rocks, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. But remember, Jesus is right here with us, carrying that backpack with you. He's strong enough to carry it all.

We want to remind you of something powerful. In the Bible, it says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) Jesus is inviting you, ###, to come to Him. He wants to take that heavy backpack from you and give you rest. He wants to heal you, to make you whole again.

Let's pray for healing, ###. Let's pray for the wounds of your past to be healed. Let's pray for the fear and anxiety to leave you. Let's pray for the courage to face your struggles head-on, with Jesus by your side.

And remember, it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to talk to someone you trust, like a pastor or a counselor. God has given us people in our lives to support us, and it's okay to lean on them.

We're here for you, ###. We're praying for you, and we believe in you. You're stronger than you think, and braver than you believe. And remember, God has a purpose for you. He loves you, and He's not done with you yet.

Let's keep praying, together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
