First, let's address that the act you're struggling with is indeed a sin. It's important to call it what it is because that's the first step in overcoming it. 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB) says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

Remember, God is faithful, and he will make a way to escape temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and remember that your identity is in Christ, not in your struggles.
