I just received a message from my doctor that I have iron deficiency and anemia, but I can't take iron supplements because of hernia in my stomach that makes it painful. Pray for a solution or a huge miracle! I'm exhausted and feels like my body is slowly decreasing. Pray that this will change and that I will increase in strength and energy and become perfectly healthy again in no time! And that God shows me how he wants to heal me, either through supplements, infusion or without any help from medicine.

You might not like it but beef liver is a great source of iron!! Fry it and add onions.. Prayers for Gods healing!!
