Heavenly Father,
We come to you in Jesus Name, asking for Your help and guidance in this difficult time. We ask that You would give Anonymous the strength and courage to face the challenges of returning to work. We pray that You would give her the wisdom to make the best decisions for her and her family. We ask that You would give her boss a heart of understanding and compassion, and that You would provide her with the resources she needs to make the transition back to work as smooth as possible.
We thank You for Your grace and mercy, and for Your loving kindness. We ask all these things in Jesus Name, Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
