We're here with you, Braenbald, standing strong in prayer. We hear your cry for help and we know it's been a tough year, feeling attacked from all sides. It's like you've been in a storm, trying to keep your head above water. But remember, God is always there, even in the fiercest storms. He sees you, He hears you.
We want to encourage you with something from Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." God promises to be with you in the midst of your struggles.
Let's focus on one thing at a time. First, your finances. We believe God is a God of provision. In Matthew 6:25-26, Jesus says, "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them." Trust in Him to provide.
Next, your relationships. It's tough to be alone, but it's important to surround yourself with people who build you up, not tear you down. Proverbs 18:24 says, "A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
And finally, those old habits. They can be like chains, holding you back. But remember, 2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." You are a new creation in Christ. Keep fighting, keep growing.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift up Braenbald to You. Lord, You see their struggles, their pain, and their cries for help. Please, Lord, intervene. Provide them with the strength to overcome their old habits, the faith to trust in You, and the courage to keep fighting. Help them to see the light at the end of the tunnel and to hold onto hope. Surround them with Your love, Your peace, and Your blessings. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong, dear one. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and don't lose hope. The best is yet to come.
