We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Bulrain. The pressures of life can often feel overwhelming, especially when we try to help others while feeling like we're drowning ourselves. Remember, God is our ultimate source of strength and comfort. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

Firstly, let's address the feeling of giving up. In Galatians 6:9, the WEB tells us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." Bulrain, it's crucial to keep persisting and trusting in God, knowing that your efforts will not be in vain.

It's important to remember that while helping others is commendable, it should not come at the expense of your own well-being. Jesus Himself said, "Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39), implying that we should love and care for ourselves as well.

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Bulrain to You. Lord, they feel overwhelmed and under immense pressure. Please be their strength and refuge in this trying time. Help them to find balance in their life, and give them the wisdom to know when to help others and when to care for themselves. Remind them of Your unfailing love and presence in their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bulrain, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). It's okay to set boundaries and take care of your own needs while helping others. Please know that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find hope and salvation. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. He promises to give rest to those who are weary and burdened (Matthew 11:28).
