We join with you in lifting up your daughter's situation to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ and the faith in His atonement that we can be heard by God.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus, as you have placed all your faith in Him. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
We pray that her bosses will be filled with the spirit of compassion and understanding, as God has instructed us in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We pray that they will see the value of your daughter's well-being and the quality of her work over the quantity of her hours.
We also pray that the Lord will provide a helpful colleague to assist your daughter in her work, as we are reminded in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB: "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."
We pray for your daughter's physical and mental well-being, that the Lord will grant her strength and wisdom to manage her workload effectively. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:13 WEB: "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
Lastly, we pray that the Lord will guide your daughter's career path, and if this job is His will for her, that He will make a way for her to succeed. If it is not, we pray that He will provide an even better opportunity for her. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her daughter. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in her workplace, that You will soften the hearts of her bosses and provide a helpful colleague to assist her. We pray for her physical and mental well-being, and for Your guidance in her career path. Help her keep faithful to You in all of her ways as she should keep her eyes on You in all humbleness and remember the words of Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
